A successful kitchen remodel goes beyond new cabinets and countertops. It starts with understanding how you cook, gather, move through the space, and what no longer works for your home. From there, we bring layout, design, material selection, and construction together into one coordinated remodeling experience.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about planning, designing, and completing a kitchen remodel with Maximus.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

Kitchen remodeling costs vary depending on the size of the space, layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, finishes, and the overall scope of work. After understanding your goals and evaluating the project, we provide a detailed proposal based on the decisions involved.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, material selections, and whether structural or layout changes are involved. We define the expected schedule before construction begins and keep you informed as the project moves forward.

Can you help with layout and material selection?

Yes. We help homeowners evaluate layout decisions, finishes, materials, and other selections based on how they want the kitchen to look, feel, and function.

Is 3D design included in the remodeling process?

Yes. 3D design is incorporated into our remodeling process to help you visualize key decisions, explore possibilities, and move forward with greater confidence before construction begins.

Can we stay in the home during the remodel?

In many cases, yes. Every project is different, so we discuss what to expect based on the scope of work. Organization, cleanliness, and job-site safety are part of how we approach construction inside an occupied home.

Do you offer a warranty?

Elias was responsive and thorough with the estimate and work process. He was professional, straightforward and authentic. He arrived when he said he would, the estimate was received timely, the work was started quickly and it was complete and came out beautifully. He took the time to explain the process and I have already prepared for my next project with him if possible. Quality materials and attention to detail carried through the work.

Elias, and his crew did an amazing job. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. From pricing, to a visual view of everything . Any small concerns, were taken care of on the spot. They came in on the hottest week and worked day and evening finishing the final product before the holiday weekend. I would recommend them 10 out if 10 times . A+job

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company just redid my driveway and I will recommend them every chance I get. All the guys were professional, polite and worked steady. Elias the owner was very easy to work with, listened to my concerns with certain areas of the driveway and stayed in touch before, during and after the work was completed. I'm so happy with the work they did for me at a great price!

We had a great experience with Maximus Remodeling and are very happy with the work they did on our deck and the connection between the deck and our pool. Elias was easy to work with, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward.

The price was very reasonable, and we really appreciated that it stayed the same throughout the project with no unexpected costs or surprises. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed very nicely.

We’re very happy with the finished project and would definitely recommend Maximus Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From beginning to end, working with the Maximus team has been a great experience! They were prompt in coming out and quoting our project. They answered all of our questions and concerns about the process. As the work began, they were amicable to our vision and we were able to conference and make the necessary adjustments when needed. Nearing completion, they were open to even some of our smallest requests. The project finished three days before expected and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
