LIVING OUTSIDE

More Than A Deck.

A well-designed deck should do more than add square footage outside. It should create a place to gather, relax, entertain, and enjoy the property in a way that feels connected to the home itself.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD

From Layout To Outdoor Room.

Start a Project

Layout & Flow

Plan the deck or patio in relation to doors, yard, sun, and how you use the space.

Structure & Materials

Build with materials chosen for longevity, maintenance, and the local climate.

Railings & Details

Select railings, lighting, and details that complete the design safely.

Outdoor Kitchens & Features

Integrate grills, counters, fire features, and seating into the layout.

Hardscapes & Landscaping

Connect decks and patios with walks, plantings, and site work.

Lighting & Finishing Details

Integrated lighting, hardware, trim, and finishing elements that help the outdoor space feel complete and usable beyond daylight hours.

What to Expect

A More Organized Way To Remodel.

Thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a clear process come together to
create a kitchen that works beautifully from day one.

Start a Project

Plan Around How You’ll Use the Space

Layout, circulation, seating areas, access points, and key features are considered around the way you want to use the outdoors.

Build for Long-Term Performance

Structure, materials, drainage, and exposure to the elements are considered as part of creating a space designed to hold up over time.

Connect the Home and the Outdoors

Transitions, elevations, doors, stairs, and finishes are coordinated so the new space feels naturally connected to the house.

Finish the Space as a Whole

Railings, lighting, built-ins, and final details are considered together to create a cohesive outdoor environment.

Elias was responsive and thorough with the estimate and work process. He was professional, straightforward and authentic. He arrived when he said he would, the estimate was received timely, the work was started quickly and it was complete and came out beautifully. He took the time to explain the process and I have already prepared for my next project with him if possible. Quality materials and attention to detail carried through the work.

Elias, and his crew did an amazing job. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. From pricing, to a visual view of everything . Any small concerns, were taken care of on the spot. They came in on the hottest week and worked day and evening finishing the final product before the holiday weekend. I would recommend them 10 out if 10 times . A+job

Honestly, I wasn’t even planning to write a review - but after seeing the final result, I had to. Elias was professional, attentive, and got everything done faster than I expected. The quality is just there. No stress, no surprises, just really solid work. Super happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend Maximus Home Remodeling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company just redid my driveway and I will recommend them every chance I get. All the guys were professional, polite and worked steady. Elias the owner was very easy to work with, listened to my concerns with certain areas of the driveway and stayed in touch before, during and after the work was completed. I'm so happy with the work they did for me at a great price!

Elias and his team were wonderful to work with from the beginning and throughout the project. I personally appreciated constant communication throughout which made the project changes flow with ease. We had a great experience with Maximus Remodeling and are very happy with the work they did on our deck and the connection between the deck and our pool. Elias was easy to work with, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward.

The price was very reasonable, and we really appreciated that it stayed the same throughout the project with no unexpected costs or surprises. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed very nicely.

We’re very happy with the finished project and would definitely recommend Maximus Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From beginning to end, working with the Maximus team has been a great experience! They were prompt in coming out and quoting our project. They answered all of our questions and concerns about the process. As the work began, they were amicable to our vision and we were able to conference and make the necessary adjustments when needed. Nearing completion, they were open to even some of our smallest requests. The project finished three days before expected and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
