USE THE SPACE YOU ALREADY HAVE

More Than A Finished Basement.

Finishing a basement is about more than adding walls and flooring. It starts with understanding how the space can better serve your home, whether that means creating room for family, entertaining, working, relaxing, or simply making better use of the square footage you already have.

WHAT WE CAN TRANSFORM

From Conditioned Space To Finished Room.

Start a Project

Layout & Space Planning

Define how the lower level is used: living, recreation, work, or additional bedrooms.

Moisture & Insulation

Address waterproofing, insulation, and air quality before finishes are installed.

Flooring & Ceilings

Select materials and ceiling solutions that suit a below-grade environment.

Lighting & Electrical

Bring layered lighting and proper electrical to spaces with limited natural light.

Egress & Safety

Plan egress windows, stairs, and safety details to meet code and protect occupants.

Walls, Finishes & Built-In Details

Wall finishes, trim, storage, and final details brought together to make the lower level feel like a finished part of the home.

What to Expect

A More Organized Way To Remodel.

Thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a clear process come together to
create a kitchen that works beautifully from day one.

Start a Project

Plan the Space Before the Build

Layout, intended use, lighting, storage, and key construction requirements are considered together before the work moves forward.

Address What Matters Below Grade

Moisture, insulation, ventilation, and comfort are evaluated as part of creating a lower level designed for everyday use.

Coordinated Construction

Framing, electrical, flooring, finishes, and other project elements are planned as parts of one complete space.

Designed to Feel Like Part of the Home

Materials, details, and finishes are selected with the goal of making the basement feel connected to the rest of your home, not like an afterthought.

Elias was responsive and thorough with the estimate and work process. He was professional, straightforward and authentic. He arrived when he said he would, the estimate was received timely, the work was started quickly and it was complete and came out beautifully. He took the time to explain the process and I have already prepared for my next project with him if possible. Quality materials and attention to detail carried through the work.

Elias, and his crew did an amazing job. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. From pricing, to a visual view of everything . Any small concerns, were taken care of on the spot. They came in on the hottest week and worked day and evening finishing the final product before the holiday weekend. I would recommend them 10 out if 10 times . A+job

Honestly, I wasn’t even planning to write a review - but after seeing the final result, I had to. Elias was professional, attentive, and got everything done faster than I expected. The quality is just there. No stress, no surprises, just really solid work. Super happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend Maximus Home Remodeling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company just redid my driveway and I will recommend them every chance I get. All the guys were professional, polite and worked steady. Elias the owner was very easy to work with, listened to my concerns with certain areas of the driveway and stayed in touch before, during and after the work was completed. I'm so happy with the work they did for me at a great price!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Earlier this year Maximus Home Remodeling completed a full master suite renovation including expanded bathroom & closet. Elias and his team were wonderful to work with from the beginning and throughout the project. I personally appreciated constant communication throughout which made the project changes flow with ease. I would definitely recommend their company again in the future!

We had a great experience with Maximus Remodeling and are very happy with the work they did on our deck and the connection between the deck and our pool. Elias was easy to work with, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward.

The price was very reasonable, and we really appreciated that it stayed the same throughout the project with no unexpected costs or surprises. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed very nicely.

We’re very happy with the finished project and would definitely recommend Maximus Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From beginning to end, working with the Maximus team has been a great experience! They were prompt in coming out and quoting our project. They answered all of our questions and concerns about the process. As the work began, they were amicable to our vision and we were able to conference and make the necessary adjustments when needed. Nearing completion, they were open to even some of our smallest requests. The project finished three days before expected and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
